I love this shop. I have a TAG watch and there are few places to get the battery replaced. Not only do they do it quickly while I wait, but they are also cheaper than any place else I’ve gone. I have had antique jewelry repaired here as well. Just a great place all around. I highly recommend

Very personable owner, fast battery replacements, and had another watch that needed sent out for specialty repair, and it was back when promised. I glad to have a repair facility so close to home. I had 2 other places in the area do poor repairs on 2 different watches, that rendered them completely useless, except for being a paperweight. Glad to have found this store.

Had a ring resized here and the experience was great! Fast turnaround time and beautiful work, I don’t even see where they enlarged the band! Polished the ring super nicely as well. Definitely recommend!

He helped me adjust the length of my watch bracelet in like 2 minutes. He did it so well it now fit perfectly on my wrist, while I waited for those few minutes, I observed the business environment is so neat, he has lots of nice inventories too.

Honest and transparent. Repaired a watch that I was told couldn't be fixed. Super quick, very reasonable cost, and very pleasant to do business with. I feel like businesses like these are hard to come by, this is a hidden gem.

Very few places carry a battery for my watch. The timekeeper was able to replace it in a few minutes which saved me the hassle of going to the Galleria. I have a few heirloom watches I am anxious for him to see snd evaluate. Thrilled he is located in Katy.

I’ve only been there once but here was my first experience. Walked in and was helped within two minutes,. The owner was super nice and his son, & grandchildren were all in the shop with him at the time - nice family. My service was done in less than 10 minutes and my watch was handed back to me accompanied with a big smile. If you have watch repair needs in/around Katy this is your place.
